Terms of Service

These terms are a production-ready website structure and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before final legal publication.

1. Service

Bangali Business provides configurable business-management software including enabled modules such as sales, purchase, inventory, CRM, money flow, reports, workflow, staff management, integrations and professional branding.

2. Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for accurate account information, credential security and activity performed through their authorized account. Business Owners control team membership and permissions within their own workspaces.

3. Business Data

Business data remains scoped to the authorized business. Users must not attempt to access another tenant's records or bypass permission controls.

4. Plans and Entitlements

Feature access may depend on a business plan/entitlement and user permission. Plan expiry or downgrade should preserve stored business data according to the product's retention and export policies.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, malware, abusive automation, credential theft or attempts to defeat tenant/security boundaries.

6. Availability and Recovery

Production operations should include monitoring, backups and recovery procedures; however, no hosting environment can promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and incident response may temporarily affect access.

7. Changes

Terms, plans and features may change over time. Material changes should be communicated through appropriate product or website notices.
